Six Series

You have the right to cancel any purchase you make through our site without giving any reason, providing that:

You give us notice in writing or by email within 7 complete working days of delivery of the product.
The goods are kept in your possession, are returned in ‘as new’ condition, unopened in their original condition.
You agree to return the goods to our distributor at your own cost, alternatively we will collect the goods within 21 days of cancellation, having given you advance notice in writing or by email of our intention to collect the goods, which will be charged to you at cost (£30 plus VAT) This does not affect your statutory rights.

MisterChill Limited will replace free of charge any goods that are damaged on receipt or that fail to work once installed provided that:

You give us notice in writing or by email within 7 complete working days of delivery of the product.
The goods are kept in your possession and are returned in ‘as new’ condition, in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

As of 1st November 2005 these machines are all covered by a 2 year parts warranty provided that:

The product has been installed according to the manufacturers instructions.
The product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
The product has been sited in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
The goods are kept in your possession and are returned in ‘as new’ condition, in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
